That's a U.S. car. VIN should be 930970XXXX for RoW. Looks clean.

I agree. A lot of cars are leaving the US. There were over 24,000 cars brought into Canada from the US in October 07, an all time high. It appears the US government is tired of carrying other countries on their back, thus letting the US dollar sink to new lows every week.
