Weird Bosch plugs

Some of you may be following my recent escapades on valve adjustments and ignition timing.

Here's one for you: I pulled the spark plugs today for the first time since taking ownership of this 930, and they look good other than some gap adjustments. Not your standard W3DPO plugs (NLA), instead they're Bosch WR8DS...not something you would find in a 930, but supposedly in a 944 or 928. I've run NGKB8ES plugs in my past 930, as well as stock W3DPO's.

Not meaning to start another spark plug thread, just found this curious. Anybody have any experience with these? I'll probably replace them just because I'm lately into spending money.

What is the Bosch equivalent for the NLA W3DPO's? How do the other plugs stack up?

Here's an old thread on the topic and hey...I'm one of the commenters! Imagine that. But no reference to this weird WR8DS plug

Bosch silver spark plugs are engineered to improve performance in any sport or racing application. Specifically engineered for colder racing applications, particularly those that run at full throttle, and not for traditional automotive use as they would quickly foul out. Silver enhanced center electrode conducts electricity better than copper or nickel. Silver has a lower melting point than nickel, so these plugs are engineered for high performance, not long life, and have a shorter life span.
Also discontinued.
I am using W3DPO also

Well that explains it. At one point in my car's life it was tracked for a short period. I run only on the street, quite often in 90°F+ ambient temps, and the burn on these plugs looks just about perfect. So the dilemma: stick 'em back in, or replace with something new? In the past I was using NGK R5671A-7, moving to that heat range after first using the colder 8 range. Either those, or I'll go with NGK BR7EIX iridium.
