V2.0 993 turbo Y for 930's new design

I decided to revise this design for the 993 heat exchangers. this is 100%volute and is about as good as it gets without center mounting the turbo. I have the ID and OD polished right now so I will have better pictures next week. this is not going to replace my first version but is an option for some. what do you think?

and this is a picture of the first(v1) more stock application

yes that has been my limiting factor every time.

JCC I time studied this one from start to finish I had a HUGE amount of time in it bascially doubleing the cost to produce so you kind of get what you pay for

I have a gross of the gaskets so don't worry. as to the design it is just a bit better wastegate circuit but a huge cool factor

I am going to make 1 Wg dump into the back of the center dump tail pipe and the other wastegate will flare to 3" so it match's and the from the rear of the car it will look like a GT3

Give yourself some room for thermal expansion between the watsegate bodies....they look awful close together. The flow path to each wastegate is much better than previous design where you reverse direction on one of them.
Damn you do great work man! I regret buying my GSF headers 2 years ago.

Will you do a trade in policy, ha,ha?

good point though the engine grows apart not closer together.. Maybe a partial trade in.

The engine grows further apart agreed, but the pipes grow linearly.....and they will grow towards each other the way they are laid out here...overall you may squeak by ok but to be safe give yourself some room in the beginning.
How much credit for a 2 year old GSF header system with heat?
