Ruf Project on Ebay
I have no affiliation to seller just put this here if you are interested. 1 bid @ $12K reserve not met. I probably should have started with this rather than my basket case to which I will take the sawsall to in 10 min.
1979 Porsche 930 Turbo with RUF vin. Black on black. This 930 has low miles - 25,000 - and was disassembled to prepare for paint. The engine was disassembled. It spun a main berring. K27 Turbo, two different front ends, has a role cage, and GT3 style rear wing. For additional information or to see vehicle, please contact Andrew at (513) 705-9954. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1262209800.jpg |
I would be careful. The seller states RUF VIN. However it does not have a ROW VIN as is my understandind along with others on this forum that to be a original factory RUF it should have. Check out the recent forum I started "Ruf and special Porsche value dilemma " and the feedback from others on this subject as how it applies to the car you are considering.
