Slopenose headlight wobble solutions?
Now that i am really driving my 87 turbo look slopenose, it seems to me the lights move way too much.
The only way i can see to even trouble shoot this is to remove the assemblies, then turn on the lights to extend the motors, and see what is loose? I think there are plastic bushings that are worn out on mine, as both lights have too much play in them. my car has the round lights with the Mazda motors (conversion). any suggestion? i suppose i could remove the light assemblies, and then use the manual knob to extend them open, and then see whats loose? i dont want to to loose any fingers!

I had the same problem. I have the same setup as you. Just tighten up the hinge bolts (two on each lid). This put enough pressure on the lids to keep them stable while driving. No more wobble.
