Time to consider a new engine?

Spent the past 2 years rebuilding my 3.0 turbo engine, only to see major failure after only 800 miles, starting with light tapping from left cylinder bank soon followed by complete failure. It felt as if there was a firing issue followed by oil dripping then a loud tapping from centre of engine, Will spend tommorow investigating problem any thoughts would be appreciated, I have posted video on youtube.

Sounds and looks like one or more of your rocker shafts on the left side have moved out of their bores in the cam tower.. among other possible things

If you used certain aftermarket rocker arms that are less than half the price of OEM thats a given.. because they are about .0001" too narrow in diameter and won't expand enough to lock into the cam tower bores.
Then the ends will eventually crack making another slower oil leak when tightened more to try and lock them in place.

Ouch, Sounds like the cam box spray bar is plugged up.

Let us know what happened. Knowing failures is as important as knowing successes.
