930 car chase

No Mans Land 1987 with Charlie Sheen

Anyone else a fan of this movie?

One of my all time favorite car movies.

Never seen it before. Thanks for sharing.
Wonder who owns that car now if it survived?

I am a big fan of the movie and have been since the 80's.

The shop was our own Pelican, Dave at TRE's old shop.

Took forever for it to come out on DVD..... Watched it today while taking a break in my plow truck... Reminded me of why I am putting in the extra time and effort to get my 930 running.

Best quote of the movie.....

Thief points at a Ferrari and says, "what about that one....."

Sheen replies " pfft..... Italian trash, besides, I only steal Porsches" LOL

Nice little bit of movie trivia, lots of nice cars in the movie and I assume some were probably privately owned. Like the Black one with the car phone.

Haha I grew up watching this VHS... Italian trash line was the best. I actually saw this in the 5 dollar bin at walmart but couldn't pull the trigger. Thanks for posting this

This movie and King of the Mountain were my 2 favorite movies. I have No Man's Land on DVD and I wish I could find King of the Mountain on DVD but I can't find it anywhere.

I've got it on DVD - some good action scenes but tragically hokey acting overall. I mean, I think the lead guy's name is Benji. BENJI.

I too had forgotten all about it from seeing it when I was a kid - showed up one day in my mailbox after I'd scored my 930, one of my buds sent it to me for giggles. Whattapal.

Miguel - next 'palooza I'll bring it with me and we'll project it onto Petey's garage door over bierz heh heh. Hey, least it'll keep us outta the clubs, taking taxis home, losing wallets (not me), goin hoggin (ohso most def not me, again), etc...

That was probably the best part of the movie, and it caused me to lust after a Speedster like that.

All I can say is, "Gotta love the 80s!"

No Man's Land is a must have movie if you're a Porsche fan - air cooled 911's everywhere in this one. I think it can be had on Amazon for under 10 bucks.

It's an ok movie if you turn the sound down until the cars are being driven.
Bad plot and uninspired acting make the cars the stars.
For brief moments of 911 goodness I prefer "Commando" (sweet long nose yellow Targa driven by one of the bad guys), "Bad Boys" (black 3.6 Turbo is the star of the movie), the Slate gray longnose 911S in "Le Mans" and a cameo appearance by a '75 911 with cookie cutters in "Slapshot".

Nobody said it would win any academy awards for acting or cinematography, just love the fact that they flog a few nice cars in it.

As for Commando,
In one take the tagra gets completely side swiped, but 2 scenes later there is no damage, then the next shot it's back again. LOL

Agreed. Just makes it hard to watch the whole movie, that's all.
