oil cooler cleaning - 30 minutes well spent
Hi
Hi this weekend I decided to put on the polished Fuchs again. The last time I changed wheels I noticed the RH front fender oil cooler was very dirty with many years of dirt and grime. Now it was time to clean it. I covered the concrete with cartboard and a big drip pan, that I use when changing oil. I used a kitchen dish washing brush and plenty of brake cleaner (~1.5 bottle) Not only can i now see all the gold plating on the oil lines and cooler etc., but I think I can see a drop of more than 10 degress F when cruising, and that's even though the temps this weekend went over 70 degress F. Some music, a drink, 30 minutes and a little work, then you'll have done your 930 a favour. Almost forgot: You might wanna wash the car once done.

excellent point, well made. I just need to clean the bugs off mine every now and again (since its out in the "clean air") , but the car DOES appreciate it.
