$100k 930 at sloans??

Not that I can buy it but is there a green 930 at Sloan's for sale?? There is a small pic in Hemmings that somebody sent me but I do not see any better pics on their site???

An over enthusiastic response to what seems to be a ultra rare 930. A color to sample that may still be perfect original with 1000 + = miles would be most desirable to certain Porsche enthusiasts, especially if a pre 78. For over 45 years I am involved with finding special examples.

No but was stunned to see that ad, did not know that car existed. Yes that color exactly.

Called Griots last month, this one has about 40K miles on it if I remember the conversation correctly. Know of three this color, the other one being a slant with less than 10K miles that was in St. Louis the last I heard, sold a couple of years back. Someone said Sloan had bought the slant, but that was just conversation, never confirmed. I check his site from time to time, have not seen it there.

the orange slant was in atlanta years ago then when to sloans. . it was a stunning car.

nevermind.. my friend bought it from the guy in Atlanta thru Sloan and was a real PIA to get the car deal finalized,took forever to get the car here but when it came all that was forgotten cause it was the most beautiful color we had ever seen on a porsche.. almost positive it has left the U.S.

I remember that car at Sloan's. I also remember seeing it on some pictures after that. I believe the owner was on Rennlist. His pictures were near a red brick house/garage.

yep, he's on rennlist as ddavis, he sold most of the porsche's before a garage fire destroyed the 8 other cars. here's the new garage and the beginning of the new collection, the daytona coupe is mine..
