Gearbox trouble URGENT

Need help urgent cos we are going to a Topspeedcontest on ice within 2 weeks

Symtoms on the box is :

R, 1, 2 emty
3,4 OK

Had this problem some year ago also then Ihad it fixt by porschetranny specialist There was only labortime and no parts on the bill.

Now itīs demounted in an other trannyshop and they cant find whats wrong.

Last year there was a thread with the same problem but cant find it Anymore.

It's out of the car, but I would have checked the shifter bushings, linkage and the universal under the cover plate.

With it out of the car, I would check the shifter arms and shafts. They can get bent and make shifting hard and/or impossible.

I couldn't get into reverse when the plastic bushings in the shift coupler went out on mine...that would be the first place I'd look

Have had exactly the same problom in the box some years ago so I know that the problem i not in the linkage but in the tranny.

Problem solved!

I hade bent the guide fork due to brutal a brutal downshift.
At first glanse it look ok but it was wideend 1mm so the selectorshaft link couldent aktuate R and 1st/2nd selector shaft.
My gearboxman put the guide fork in the press and streithen it.

Last time I had the same fenomen it was the selectorshaft link that was bent.
