Here I go again: Ylonewolf, if you represented these wheels as "excellent" with just a little rash, and por45 didn't take a file to them when he took them out of the box, and UPS didn't unbox them and drag them behind the truck, then you flat-out lied about the condition of the wheels (based on the pics here and in the "for sale" thread)! If this is the case, then you need to "man-up" and take the wheels back for a refund or refund the buyer about $1K in order to cover his restoration costs! I would have been outraged had I been the buyer! WOW!

I think the word is out about you, You keep saying to rechrome them. Ok send me a 1,000 to cover the cost. really are you so blind to see if you would have told me how bad they were or sent me real pics I would not have given you 3,500 dollars for them. All the names that you are calling me on here, you should be ashamed of your self. Say what you will but I would never have done this to you or anyone else.

It doesn't matter what you paid of what condition they were in when or bought them; or even if the buyer got a god deal. What does matter is if they were fairly represented and did the buyer get what he expected he was paying for? If you feel so strongly that it was a square deal then refund the buyers money and sell them to somebody else.

really would anyone pay $3,500 hundred for these...he said one small mark on one wheel and sent me a small pic and 2 pics 15 feet away. One mark i would have been ok with, it didnt look that bad in the pics. I can see why he sent that one, it was the best spot on the rim.

i had a chance to talk to POR45 on the phone a couple times back and forth and he seems like a super stand up guy, and you have every right to post stuff like this, it only helps the rest of us to keep one eye open,... and my last comment for the night, ... i would never buy parts from someone that used zip ties and duct tape to hold a car together

"I gave this guy a good deal so good ridence everyone"
YLONEWOLF. I have probably owned Porsches a lot longer than you have been alive. In fact, you gave "this guy" a real screwing and now you try to kiss it off. Someone needs to teach you manners. I only hope your good "ridence" means that you will not continue to demean this site. Go away. Stay away. JR |

well the title did say rough wheels for sale.... oh RUF sorry
![]() they are pretty much beyond "scuffed". Hate when people mis-represent, but then it is "buyer beware" afterall and i'm sure a local-to-the-seller Pelican would have gladly stopped by to put an eye on the merchandise for you. |
