Mad skills!!!

Hi klefroid
Are these for sell, really amazing.

Falk930 10-03-2012 04:20 AM

Congratulations!!
They look nice!

It seems you have not bended the tubes for this application.
Only from the pics I would guess, those are standard welding bows,
Few still look 90 degree, others seem cutted from 90 degree bows.
I do not know the welding bow market that well, but I remember
that most of them have 2mm or more wall size.
Which dimensions did you use for the primarys? ...diameter+ wall?

...great job you did there anyway!

Falk

klefroid 10-03-2012 10:36 AM

Idd , there was no need to use the bender.
We've used 58 mm where the 2 pipes meets each other.
and cil. outlets 42 mm
wall size 2mm

First of all thanks for the positive reactions :p
It is not (jet) for sale. If it does we let you know.
We didn't test anything so far. btw it was not intended to sell those.
But thanks for your interests vinyl_tien

next coming day's we will start building a muffler with a as much as possible deep sound. so to be continued.

Again sorry for my poor English

Can someone please tell me witch would be the price for such a set of similar headers? I'm not sure if I want to sell one or two but maybe... because shipping will be expensive so I need to stay cheap. I don't sell them to make a profit...
If you can find such headers in the us for a good price it will be hard to... blah blah blah
:)

RarlyL8 10-04-2012 08:17 PM

We manufacture similar headers:

WG pipes?

Hirevtuner 10-06-2012 01:28 PM

Very nice!
Are they equal length?
Have they been designed for the expansion and contraction of exhaust on a turbo car? Cracking of the pipes seems to be a concern with our 930 cars.
RarlyL8 Motorsports solved this with there slip joint fabrication.
