TT996 motor in a 930/911???
I know Bisimoto has done this, but has anyone else done this?

It's doable, but given the electronics and water cooling, a 993tt engine would be much easier. Same hp too.

However Bisi @ Bisimoto did not put in a 996tt engine he actualy used a fully built 996 3.4 NA engine and then customized a twin turbo setup. I belive he was seeing 771whp at 13-14psi on 100vp fuel. Im sure he will chime in soon. I looking forward to having him design me a set of cams for my build as well.

Those 996 NA engines have great induction, too bad they were plagued with slipped liners, cracking valve seats, porous blocks, and the annoying off-center RMS which led to leaks.
