Need help ID the k27 turbocharger~

I bought the old 3.0 turbo engine from Japan, but it come with a K27 turbocharge.
The turbocharge have 3 sets number.
1. K27-3070G
2.87 212 1747
3.5327 710 0031

I just wonder, is the turbocharge good in mid or high RPM? Why use it instead porsche original one? and how many HP it will go? 280 or 300 or 330 HPs.
