Value of Euro Headers

I've decided that the headers/heat exchangers I removed from my `80 930 are quite likely to remain that way ... removed, so I'm thinking it's time to sell them rather than have them continue to consume storage space.

They're complete (sans muffler) and in pretty good shape, other than the stock wastegate that fused over the years to its mounting bracket. Bolts were cut off in an effort to remove it, but it clung in there and remains in place, so something will have to be done about it.

I'm not a big proponent of "putting things out there" and hoping someone will tell me what it's worth - I typically just make up a price and go with it - but if these have some value I want to get it pretty much right. So any guidance you might be able to provide toward that end is appreciated.

I read in my Manual that Good 930 Headers without rust can get up to $1000 each..

but on the ground and on Ebay and in this #%@$ked up Economy youll be lucky to get $500 the pair

Yah, there's a local yard thats had a set for sale for months and the asking price is only
$325. However I wouldn't be surprised if they sold for twice that here.

There should be lots of data here on Pelican. Typically Euro/Late US exchangers with J-pipe go for $250-$400 complete depending on condition.
Hit the waste gate with an air chissle and it should pop right off.

I just checked the CL post. The headers f/s are not Euro. That's probably why they're not selling. Sorry for the bad info.
