I just noticed that the snorkels and the rubber base gaskets have been reproduced by Dr. Georg Konradsheim. 195 EUR a set. They are listed as "Spritzdüsen" under the Store at www.rsr.at.

I am glad people are making these things. I wish Porsche would offer more for the older cars.

Look what I had in my mail today.. !
Thanks to the infamous Mr. Rotheray I was rewarded with two original gaskets for my 77 3.0. YES. Now as I assumed (two numbers in the parts catalog, and you can tell looking at them, assymetrical) unfortunately they are different for the left and right side, and now I have two drivers side original gaskets.. anyone with two left ones that can swap? Now I have to go look. I replaced the front bumper on my 74 and on my 84 with fiberglass RSR bumpers. Both had headlamp washers and are now chilling in the attic.

wow - I don't understand the huge deal over these. I took my old ones and made new ones out of a sheet of rubber of the same firmness and finish. I just does not have the recess -
End result looks great. Just make your own |
Im also looking for a pair of headlight washers for my 76 930.

Dr.Konradsheim Send him an e-mail through the website. He will want a credit card # and he will ship them. If I remember it was $250.00 a set. Nozzles & gaskets. You will need to find clips if you don't have them. I found the front brake line clip off a Isuzu or Nissan ( can't remember) at the wrecking yard is the correct size. |
