Need help with Part
 

I need to add to a Parts order but i may have to use a different part im not sure,

IT is a high pressure fuel line from the fuel dizzy,

Engine is a Euro ROW 1977 3.0

Inside diameter of fuel hose has an approx id of 4mm but the pelican parts catalog seem to start at an id of 8mm

Any help on matter appreciated Thanks :)

Expensive little fuel line and it's special order through pelican from Germany so you will probably have a wait.
Dealers order from Germany every week so if you order it from a dealer that charges only 15% over their wholesale cost then it will cost less and they won't charge shipping because it will be tossed into the box with all the other stuff they have ordered. Thats my experience anyway.

If you have those little barbed banjo fittings you can make your own line with high pressure fuel injection line with the right size inside diameter hose (4mm you said) and use small hose clamps. If the line is real hard to push on the barbs of the banjo fitting boil some water and put the end of the line in the simmering water for about 30 seconds to soften it a little and then it will push on a lot easier.

Thats the return line from the control pressure regulator/WUR and it passes the fuel from it through the fuel pressure regulator in the fuel head before returning it to the tank in the main return line from the fuel head so the K jetronic Continuous Injection System will hold around 35psi if the acumulator is working right and the injectors don't leak down when the engine and fuel pumps are are shut off.
That's so it will start up faster next time.

Run on sentence I know.. but parts of CIS are a complicated run on mechanical system.

Its really cheap stuff compared to the good E-85 hose.

If you prefer new, I should have the Banjo fittings as well and the simple ones like this & early CIS injector lines I can make. I would guess in the $30 - $40 cost, plus Priority Mail shipping of course.

Some of the multi-function lines require fixtures, and I cannot build those quite yet. I am working on the fixtures in my spare time, between shoveling and tunneling through the snow drifts here in the rust belt.

Thx but im adding that to a pelican order, but i might talk to you about getting some nice replacements for all my lines not just fuel, after my engine is running

I might have enough length to make it with what i have,

but how do you get the hose onto the Banjo?? its extremely difficult, ive tried a heatgun but that just melted some of it
