should be a Reno SQR46 unless '86 was different than '87... which... don't think it was:

Thanks Paul, I will track down a Reno.
BTW, my ROW 85 had a cool Blaupunkt with a seperate head on a flexible stem mounted on the passenger floor. It also had a few phrases that it announced now and then, but it was in German so I had no idea. Pretty cool for 85. Don't remember the model name. |

Ah yes, I'm familiar - that gooseneck name escapes me too, but my bud's got it in his Martini - it's got presets too which is pretty neat (buttons on top). Hard to see but it's here: Last edited by krasuskyp; 03-06-2014 at 01:54 PM.. |

The Monterey was for 1986 US cars.

Does anyone know whether the Euro 930s had Blaupunkt radios as standard because I thought my 930 was fully original but has a Clarion radio cassette. Date wise it fits in with the 1989 age of the car. My car was originally owned in Belgium and then imported by a motor museum in the North of England from where I bought it in 1998.

tonypeoni is correct. SQR 23 Monterey for 86 and SQR 46 Reno for 87.

My US 86 has the same radio Paul posted. Still does. Very likely original, as nearly everything else on my car was.
It also has a speaker fade knob in the console which is nonfunctional.

They're Fuhrmann seats, said to be like a $4k option... back in '78 (!!!). And dare I say - rarer than rarer than rare.
They're a bit odd... not sure if his are restuff's or what - but - well... they're a bit like, um er uh... 'this': ![]() Thaaaaat's not so much the problem, as is... errrrrr... the voids... that... capture your manbits in a mostest dangliest siton'emestest manner. Makes it a bit - say - odd. If that's what you meant - if you meant the color, well tsk tsk that gut is uber redonkularly kewl... Back on topic... seems maybe the radio was a mid-year change or something... knew I wasn't (too) carazy... |

Blaupunkt Toronto, at the time, was an option. It was a no brainer to me to add the new BT Toronto as an upgrade... if you want a modern radio .

I have a Montery for you. Also have a Sebring and a Datona . Anyone know what years these are for as they are extras if someone needs them. Others in cars I need to keep, are a Tuscon in a 77 and in a 83. One of those could be wrong and a Lexington in a 79. All those are in 930s.
