Mystery toggle switch
There's a small toggle switch just outside of the footwell on my 930 Slant. I don't know what it's for or what it's connected to, and it's always been in the "up" postion. Today it was midway between up and down, and I guess that's when I started having the boost problem. Is this toggle switch connected to my boost controller or something else?
Here's a photo. Sorry it's dark, I couldn't get enough light in the photo, and I put it back to the "up" position: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1394405309.jpg Thanks, |
That's the switch to the p*ssy magnet. They made them extra strong in '87. The parts are NLA. Use judiciously.

That's funny, but I really want to know what that switch is for :p
|
Well it isn't factory so you will need to pull the cover loose and trace the wires.
|
You got aftermarket Amp or Alarm? It's definitely not stock...
|
seriously its probably soime aftermarket alarm system or something.

That's the take off switch, it only engages at 350MPH so don't worry...
Now seriously, if you follow those purple w/green connector wires might take you there because those wires are not OEM either. |
Flip it the rest of the way and see what happens next. Maybe it's a on off for a ebc.

ejection seat
which is enTIRELY different than ejaculation seat or erection seat |
High beam switch. Old school Chevrolet style. :)

I'm going to guess on a valet switch or something tied to your alarm. As ohers have stated, the only way you will ever know is to pull the kick panel out and take a look at where the wires go. That isn't an oem switch so not much help on it's purpose. Investigative work will be required here.

I have one & have believed it to be the power antenna. It has a fuse missing under that panel & have never messed with it. Just a thought.
