New Magnus Walker Turbo Vid

I'm happy that the video was made and posted here. Not sure why some guys have such chips on their shoulders. I guess its the internet so folks want to get riled up about stupid stuff.

- Cool photography of a sweet blue 930. What is not to like? I love the clunks as he bashes it over those rough roads.

- Fantastic sound. Honestly my main thought when watching it was: what the heck exhaust is that? And: damn, I wonder if that's a rarly muffler. It is a rarly. I wish he'd had some big credits at the end of the film because to me that sound was the star. Rarly should be ecstatic, its much better ad than any of the the videos of his exhaust I've watched on youtube. I kinda sorta want that muffler now. My cars subdued backfiring is supposed to sound like that!

- The wheels are ok, but I'm not into wheels I guess. They might be my favorite aftermarket 930 wheels. The Lindseys built from Fuchs annoy me more. But... I'd rather see the car blasting around on fuchs.

So - I don't mind the advertisement aspect at all - that motivation funded a some good footage that's free for me to watch!

I like the wheels...the center cap is elegantly done too.

the dude needs a cut, shower and shave however...he looks like he might smell a bit. does not make me want to ride along with him is a 930's cramped quarters

I enjoyed the video personally. It actually motivated me to get my alignment done and get the last few things done on my 930 so I can start driving it again.

And I will admit - I really like the wheels. So much so that I am going to list my Fikse's for sale and buy a set. (in 17's RONNIE)

Personally, I like the videos. Excellent camera work, fantastic subject (and by that, I mean the Porsches).

Are they kinda self promoting? Yep, but who cares? Not me. If I could shoot a video as well as his mates, trust me ... it would be posted here in a heartbeat!

+1. There's a bit of hazing going on, which is what we do as a brotherhood at times, y'know, to our brethren who crave attention. Its all in fun. And at least as much fun to laugh at or with the brethless fanbois. Take it for what it is, Porsche guys having a good laugh about something that seems funny.

It's tough to throw stones at a dude as "bad" as you (and me).

Let me put this to bed. Here is a pic of Ronnie, Rich and me last week before we put on a valve adjustment tech session at Ronnie's crib. Go ahead and laugh. Grease washes right out of polyester.

Frikkin Ritz crackers and cheeze wiz. Boone's Farm after the last valve was adjusted. The house was rockin'.
