Need some schooling on warm up regulators
 

87 911 TURBO wont idle when cold , I must manually keep my foot in it the bring it up to temp were it will run and idle . When the car is up to temp runs strong, I have been told by my PORSCHE GARAGE its the warm up regulator. The one thats in there is not stock it was replaced by previous owner this one can be adjusted that has a data port on it . Can some one tell me about the WUP or educate me . THANKS

Data port? Sounds like you may have the Unwired Tools digital WUR in there.
