12 page 930 article in panarama
Lots of information ( 12 pages) on the 930 and its value ( low on early and seem way higher on later ones ) and virtues, according to Panorama. Also a great article on new Andial racing Porsche since Andial brand is now officially recognized as part of the " Porsche Family". Also a large article on the 917.

Too bad I gave up on PCA ten years and no loner get the magazine. Membership just isn't worth it for the rare article most if us actually care about.

I joined the Chicago region ( huge club ) recently after being in and out of PCA for 40 years. Lots of interesting activities almost every week to join in with, especially with track DE events @ Road America and Blackhawk. 100s of Modded Porsche's compete so many are like minded to most on this forum. Concours originals are around but nothing like the modded Porsche's. So for $40 bucks a year, to me it's worth it. The emphasis with this club is driving on track and rallies or using it for social functions not so much for keeping it in the garage. To me the Panorama mag is just a small part of the deal.

I'm also a member of the Chicago PCA region. I've been a member for years and almost never read pano. Tony, thanks for posting here about the article. If I hadn't read this post it would already of been in the recycling bin. |
