930 vs. a damn truck

Check it out...that truck really hooks 'em up! The 930 beat it by just a small margin. Time to sell my P car and get a monster truck I guess!

^^^

Just goes to show that Cabriolets are slower than slow!

Now, if that truck were to race Paul's right hand!

What a strange video. Was sort of scared for the kid that did the start - so many videos on the internets of drivers losing control.

But... awesome! Is that how loud a zork is? Even my wonderful neighbors might have trouble with that but maaaaan that's a nice sound.

Guy needs to learn how to launch a 930, I'll race that truck anytime with my truck

Not real smart publicly posting a drag race in your company truck...

4X4, right gearing plus turbo diesel torque. not to be messed with. My friends base model turbo diesel Golf beat his old GTI.

Sheet Mark, when I saw the title I thought der Phoenix met a truck at an intersection in a bad way! Races are so pointless because there are so many variables they prove nothing.

i wonder how the truck did on that right hand turn when the vid cut off.

that 930 did sound awesome. THAT was a great exhaust tone.

twin turbo? 2 zorks?

just my opinion. the 930 is too classy of a car to drag race.

I thought the same!

But, he sounded like he drove it ok, and barely beat a 7-8000lb truck.

Mods are due!!!!!

A little strange yes... the entire time I was watching I was thinking the ground was wet and the Cabrio would lose traction and swing one way or the other...thankfully that didn't happen.

I did like the sound as well. Very clean looking 930.

Sorry kids, it never even occurred to me that the title would cause such anguish! My apologies....

Are we sure that was a turbo? Ran more like a 3.2NA.

That F-150 has a V6 no? Roughly 350hp? Not 8000lbs either more like 4500lbs

Weird race, but a turbo would have left that thing in the dust.

Didn't see any badging either.

^^^ I was thinking the same thing. I never heard a dump pipe. Maybe the zork drowns it out (no idea), but on my car, it is very clear when the waste gate opens...
