That thing was obviously owned by a former U-Boat captain, that just couldn't resist the smell & feel of salt water and salt air. It probably hasn't been deeper than 3 or 4 feet, since it doesn't have a periscope.
Best to just bury it at sea and be done with it, float a wreath on the water if it makes you feel better afterword's.

Wow. I have seen some seriously rusty cars but this one has rust in some very unusual places.

Due to my serious ocd issues, I would happily own that car. Did someone say 930 .... Those are are 3 favourite numbers !
