Thanks for the info. For the 10k resistor this is in series with the signal lead of VR (and not I parallel across VR signal and ground)?

Mine was running for a season but continued to have issue at high boost/high RPM and I never had sync loss as well before. But after trying to replace the VR sensor I can't even get her to sync anymore 😔

These are the kind of details i don`t understand and almost makes me regret going for complete EFI. Though, i`ll ask then hell out of you guys when installing :D:D:D

Where did you source the capacitor?

^^^ In scanning the MS3Pro manual today I believe they noted that you can use a condenser from an old-fashioned ignition points system.

I used this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BYD4J4?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailp age_o03_s00

I'll add it to the excel file

I also offer engine management systems for Porsches, both plug and play and wire in ones. VEMS works perfectly with any original 911 crank trigger (3.2 dual VR ones with 129+1 teeth, 964/993 60-2 etc) or with aftermarket one, no issues with signal or noise.

Here's my FB page, check out the photos etc: www.facebook.com/vemsporsche

Looks like a cool system but i would make your own thread about it and give it the attention it needs. Better having all the Q&As in a dedicated thread with additional info. SmileWavy

The Summit fuel line is for between the rails yes? Feed line goin in one and return line out the other?
IAT drilled and tap in cam tower?

So many questions :)

Raceboy 11-26-2015 11:58 AM

IAT should be in the intake air, not touching any engine metal (it will just heatsoak).

The fuel line is for the fuel filter to rail and from rail to rail. The oil temp sensor is in the breather cover and the IAT sensor is on my intercooler end tank. I'll be moving it to a separate tube when I go to the full bay intercooler.
