CNC Valve Covers for COP
I wanted to play around some more with the car and making lower valve covers that will allow me to bolt on the Toyota COPs seemed like a good idea.
The reality was that it was not easy! But they are done. The spacers you see will allow me to play with the coil height to get it where I want them. There are a few things that I would change if I ever did them again. But, I don't plan on it as they took forever with my small mill. Maybe the uppers will be easier.... ![]() ![]()

Awesome. Just like your (our) fuel rails.
When are you going to make a billet engine case? |

Thanks for all the kind words. Once of these days I'll get around to installing all the parts I'm collecting.

CNC means CAD...unless you're a masochist and build in abstract using pure math to plot the cutter paths.

Thanks guys. Yes it was drawn in Geomagic (Alibre) and then imported into Sprutcam to create the CNC file. It was a very big PIA. Thought it would have been easy. Nope.
The mill is a Tormach 1100. Only having a 1Hp spindle slows down the progress.
