Looks bone stock to me except for the radio? I didn't know 87s had that antenna on the front QP instead of in the glass like my 88 has.

Cant believe they have white floor mats though. I have a linen grey seats, but dark blue carpeting.

Do you have anyone around there that can take a peek at it? I would want a real good look at the maintenance done already and what the motor, suspension, etc. looks like.

It's an amazing color that changes with the light and gets a LOT of compliments.

Looks like it was lowered in the back but not the front? Or the rear bars have settled? Nice color.

I noticed that too. To me it looks like the rear is correct and the front is a little high, almost like they had just jacked up the front and it hadn't settled yet?

Jeff, my 1987 has the antenna in the windshield glass, so out of curiosity, I looked at the PET for 1987-1989 and the only 911 option that I could find for an antenna in the front fender was for the "Speedster" option (presumably because Porsche didn't order shorty windshield glass with antennas in them?), so who know what's up with that eBay car . . .

Yeah, somebody should reach under and turn both front ride hight adjuster bolts around a turn lower or whatever it takes. I think they're 11mm.

I have the same interior but I have black floor mats. I am not the cleanest person and when I first saw my car for sale I did not think that was a good color for me but I have managed to keep it clean and even cleaned it up a little more.

Is the asking price right??

I have an 87 also and my antenna is in the windshield not sure why this one has a fender antenna?

Could it have been a radio delete car?

Don't think so- the radio was standard & they are showing the radio owners manual in the photos-being an '87 it should have an "ET" third brake light on the rear spoiler (in black although a lot of people painted them to match the body color)

Not all 87's had the third "et" brake light. It depends on when the car was produced.

That's interesting, as my 1987 does not have the ET light, and I don't see any signs of it having ever been there and then removed. TugJob, do you know when in 1987 they started showing up?

i think it's early '87 with the goofy third brake light.
The cars titled as an '87 at the end of that year were like 88's and had the third brake light inside at the top of the rear window. They also got the gusseted rear shock towers then.

Mine has the gusseted rear shock towers but no third brake light of any kind - weird.

I think he replaced the windshield with a non correct one that has no antenna wire and no rear view mirror post. So did he then drill a hole in his quarter panel and mount up an aftermarket antenna? Say it aint so. Look here:

These two things tell me that whoever did them is a hack. Lord only knows what else he screwed up. He also claims it has anti-lock brakes and nobody that drives these would think that.
