Red top is heavy ok

Just saved 29 lb by switching to lithium battery in smuglers box. I will be wheeling when the cf hood arrives. Only new rear diet item is hi torq starter so weight distribution is going to sink year by year. Only light weight sunroof panel left for easy weight saving and maybe rear window?

Oh, thinking about installing only one 044 on smuglers box. Efi also helps some on the rear end, IIRC the fuel head assy was over 20 lb.

Lithium battery plus CF hood. Should be a spectacular fire!

Just kidding! Although, a little weight up front can help.

These LIFEPO4 batteries are pretty safe and while being bike batterys I think they will handle the 930 nicely. CCA 490A

"Just saved 29 lb by switching to lithium battery in smuglers box. " Can you get a pic of that? I bought a little lithium back up batt to carry with me on bike road trips, weighs about 1 lb, very cool. Assume it is similar?

"Oh, thinking about installing only one 044 on smuglers box" What do you mean by "on smugglers box?" How do you only run one 044 with CIS? Or have you converted to EFI?

Lithium-Ionen-Batterie 51913, Panther This one. I'll try tot ake a pic later but I used a light weight battery holder from ebay uk. Its where the hole is to the passenger footwell. One pump for EFI conversion.

LiPO and LiFO are different technologies. One bursts into flames, the other doesn't.

pic is sideways. There is a meth injection relay under the ground bolt so its still a bit messy.

Cool. So the 044 is on the outside of the box? When I need a batt I'm getting one those but put it in the stock spot, I need AC.

Fueling is still undone. Hopefully in the box but if there is room outside is an option. The aluline is now routed to the box and can be seen on the EDIT LEFT going up. The kokeln hose is just the blower drain.

Its just an old devils own pump (surflo) and 7psi switch with one IIRC M5 nozzle on pipe before throttle body. very bulky but works fine. I have to see if I still need it with E85 but my IC for plain lid is small so in that combo its probably needed. I plan on swapping other front bumper this summer with stock rear lid and kokeln so that combo might do fine with E85 without WMI?

Not much motivation right now (car is pretty stripped) so we'll see if I even get it even running for this summer.
