Garrett GT35R - Torque setting for turbine & compressor housings?

Per title, I'm about to a) fit one of TK's heat shields onto the hot side of the turbo, and b) rotate the CHRA to assist in the water cooling project.

Does anyone know the bolt torques for the fastenings of the compressor and turbine housings?

(Emailed Garrett last night, but no reply so far)

The hardware is stainless steel, so it's brittle. Just snug them up. Not too tight.

It's all machined surfaces, so backing off is not an issue.
