FOD, dirty oil...
Bearing it's normal in this case as it's a sacrificial part that is made to damage first. The crank happens once the bearing can't take any more damage. Your issue looks like low oil flow, I can see the journal has been running real hot, but it's far from the worst I've seen. Take it to a machine shop, measure, magnaflux, polish or grind. Finding undersize bearings is an issue (and cost) so know what's available before you approve regrind work.

It's hard to tell in the picture, but as Mark mentioned, polish the journal and then measure it. It may still be in spec, but careful polishing and measurements are required to verify.

I agree it's hard to tell, you always want a light polish first then measure. Any scratch that can really catch a fingernail on likely won't polish out, but sometimes a minor imperfection can be tolerated. A std/std is always the best crank to have, I've had journals that look like yours come out in spec, but you won't know till it's checked.
