If you are rebuilding your heads, your machinist should be able to remove broken studs and fix damaged threads. It’s such a common issue on Porsche heads that I would be worried about a machinist who couldn’t do a proper job.

Suggestions
While the engine is in the car any stud that is functional is good.
(It isn't broken; leave it alone!)
If it needs repair, in the first instance try to use a stepped stud.
