Bill @ Xtreme did the CNC porting and guide work. I did the final seat work, blending, flowbench work, and assembly. Heads flow just under 300cfm at 0.500" and 200cfm at 0.500" More impressively (at least to cylinder head guys), they flow over 200cfm and 150cfm starting at 0.250" Valves are 50.5mm and 42.5mm Inconel. Beehive springs and lightweight retainers. Pauter rockers.
![]() ![]() Carrera intake with 82mm GT3 DBW throttle body and adapter, with 4bar TMap. ![]() ![]() ![]() More head pics here. https://forums.pelicanparts.com/911-engine-rebuilding-forum/1088251-beehive-valve-springs.html |

Dannobee: Beautiful job! A few questions- Whose cylinder head studs are you using? How much HP & TQ do you expect from this engine?
Re: head work- does all this porting/flowing work help a modestly improved engine, or is it more for a max build? Thanks |
