chain ramp removal
 

Prematurnely put the RS chain ramp on before slipping the chain around it. Can i pry the tabs open to allow for removal and then re-install the chain ramp after looping the chain around? Or should I simply pry it off and order another one to be safe?

get under the ramp with a curved crowfoot next to the pin that the clips are holding to, and gently pop it off. new ramps are more flexible than the old ones, so the clips probably won't break off.
