One more time...Broken head studs...

I have a 1977 3.0 engine case (930/02) that I will plan to use.
There is 3 broken head studs : cyl #2 (2 lower) , cyl #1 (1 lower).
The best is to replace all right ?
I do have 964 head studs removed properly (w/o to heat them) can I use them ?

TIA,

Jim

Not a chance. The Delivar studs that came stock in 964 cases are absolute junk. I wouldn't use new ones let alone used heat cycled ones. Delivar studs break. Do yourself a favor and buy something new. I recommend Supertec head studs & you can buy them from our host, but many other choices are available.
