Loose Oil Pickup Tube

I'm doing the final cleaning on parts for my 1980 911sc engine.

In cleaning the oil pump I have discovered that the oil pickup tube is loose in the housing and the black gasket around the tube is falling apart.

Can I get some feedback on how best to deal with this? Do I simply clean and glue in place with epoxy? Do I need to take the entire pump apart and fix from inside the housing?

Is this black gasket a stocked item?

The black gasket is epoxy, just clean it up and re-epoxy it.
Dont open the pump, theyre a pain to reassemble and have work.
