1984 Euro 3.2 P&Cs on a 1978 3.0?
Hi all,
What else wold be required or needed for this be done? I believe the bore is the same. Sorry if this a basically asked complex question. i have a buddy who will provide me the Euro 3.2 P&Cs I just want to know if it can be done and what all would be needed to make this a viable option. vs rebuilding my 3.0 back to stock as I had planned. SC has a 70.4mm stroke cranks vs. the 74.4mm crank of the Carrera. You'll lose a lot of compression unless you also swap the crank

Buy Pistons with the pin placement for a 3.0. Since you are this deep in, change the cams to get full value and you'll want new Pistons anyway for valve clearance. BTW, this setup is still a 3.0.
