Engine Year Confirmation

I just received some parts from a friend of mine that is cleaning up his shop and it included a motor and transmission. I believe the motor is out of a 65, but I wanted to confirm this. The engine number is 902074. The transmission is date stamped 4/66 so I was thinking it was changed out from the original. Please let me know.
Thank you for the help.

Thank you for the information. I will proabably end up selling the motor, but currently it is locked up and I am going to try to free it up before listing it.
