Anyone used rebuilt early chain tensioners?

I need chain tensioners for my 72T and noticed that partsklassic sells rebuilt ones for only $150, saving about $350 over a set of new ones, and more compared to hydraulic ones. Has anyone used these and is there any question about their longevity (aside from the pre-existing failures of the pre-carrera tensioners)? I would be using them with a failsafe device of course. Thanks for any input.

I've never purchased rebuilt ones, but I've rebuilt several without any problems

Here's the part number for a rebuild kit if you're upto the task

Thanks for the handy link, I had thought this part was discontinued.
