I have a S&W Model 28-2. Great shooter and smooth as butter action on it.
I would not go with a Single Six unless there is a reason you want to go sao. You will spend more time loading and unloading the thing. Neither kid of mine will shoot our single six. They love the High Standard Double Nine though!
