2003 BMW 325it, high beams kaput

Hello everyone,
I have not really posted on this site but really enjoy looking around and searching for answers for car problems I run into. There are some really experienced and knowledgeable folks posting here. Thanks.

So, my most recent issue is my high beams don't work. When I start the car there is instantly a fault reading where the car and headlamp icons show up on my instrument cluster. When I pull the high beam stalk the high beam indicator in the instrument cluster lights, the fog lights (when on) turn off but the high beams don't light. I don't have HID's. I don't hear the relay click so I am assuming that it is in fact the relay.

Does anyone know where the relay is located and which one it is? Has anyone else had or have this issue?
