07 328i electrical Help!

I just picked up a 328i that had been sitting since 2019. None of the interior overhead lights will turn on, the sunroof has no response, and the same with the side mirrors. On the drive home, a mouse popped up onto the windshield and then scurried back under the hood before I could get him out. Do yall think the mouse is the culprit? Could this all be fuse-related?

on a separate note, it did not pass smog because obd2 and obd bulb check failed. Where should I start?
