e34 sputtering
 

I just bought a 1994 525i 5 speed. When you do a hard take off in 1st gear it tries to shut off but it does not when I ease up it goes fine this happens only in first with a hard take off. If you rev it revs fine it only does it on 1st gear take off Anyone familiar with this? Thanks:confused:

Have you done a stomp test or a DIS fault code readout at the dealer?
Stomp test works only on U.S. spec cars and works like this
