UUC MoterWerks Poor Service

Has anybody else experienced something like this?

I purchased through Pelican a short shifter kit from UUC MotorWerks. I was impressed by the quality, and began the installation. That's when things took a turn for the worse.

I was halfway through installing it when I realized the lower shift lever ball bushing was missing. I contacted Pelican and they said they would ask the vendor to send a replacement. This was last December. The vendor refused to believe the part was actually missing, and suggested I didn't know what I was doing. This was after three messages from me detailing the part that was missing, passed on by Pelican. This went on for months, and they would often not return Pelican's calls.

Finally, a supervisor at Pelican got involved and it was resolved, with the part arriving yesterday. This is now March.

Kudos to Pelican for staying on this until it was resolved, but I hope I never have to deal with UUC MotorWerks agin!
