covertible top some help me !!

I have a Big problem i hope there's somebody out there to rescue me. i've got a 1995 328i convertible with semi automatic hood, recently the hood on it got stuck, what happend the hood was down so i pressed the close button to open the lid but nothing happend, so what i did was pull the emergency release handle that's located under the rear seat to release the two electric motors but now i dont know how to re-engaged the motors and also re-synchronized them to get everything back to normal working order.
can somboby please come to my recuse or will i need to go to the dealers.
