Hello guy's

The main problems on the E46 (3'er) during those years are sunroof and window mechanisms.

An issue on all BMW's is plastic radiators.

I have a 02 325i and have put 101k miles on it. It's a great car, and gets pretty good mileage (30 mpg on freeway) but there are things like water pumps, tail lamp wiring, control arms, and window regulators that are notrious for failing almost on schedule in these cars. Check service records on whatever you consider to see what's been done.
