Pelican-supported, Bay Area02 14th Annual Swap & Show with Pics!

If you're anywhere near the San Francisco Bay area in the springtime and you're a BMW 2002 enthusiast or just want to see an impressive group of BMWs, check out the Bay Area 02 annual Swap & Show, supported by Pelican Parts. This year's event just concluded earlier this month and featured many fantastic cars. Here's a recap with all photos taken by Bob Yee:

On May 3rd, Bay Area 02 hosted it's 14th annual Swap & Show at the Brisbane Marina in the San Francisco Bay Area. This traditional spring event drew over 120 2002s and a smattering of other Neue Klasse BMWs from all over California.



The picture perfect day on the Bay included reunions with many other 2002 enthusiasts, readily available parts from both amateur and professional swappers, advice from both fellow enthusiasts and service providers who both sponsor and attend the show, and the show's main event, a raffle of parts, gift certificates, books, labor certificates, 2002-themed clothing, and even two 2002-themed skatedecks all provided by Bay Area 02's generous and supportive sponsors.
