Realigning handle bar
 

Hi Folks, so I have been doing quite a bit of driving with my 2004. Loving every minute. However, on long drives my wrists are killing me because I feel the
handle bars seem to closed in. I notice there are two large hex screws on each side. Can I loosen the to re align the handle bar angle? (screws seem very tight)

P.S no much info in the manual.

I haven't used them (many here have), but if you fit Rapids Bar Backs you have more options in bar position. Are your bars below or above the top clamp?
