Rocker cover bolts
Hey guys where can i get the longer rocker cover bolts needed to fit the carbon fiber cover.

Since you said "longer rocker cover bolts", I assume you have the twin spark heads. You can order from any BMW dealer, however be prepared to open your wallet! You need four (4) each of the following (Max BMW prices):
11 12 7 680 077 $21.19 each 11 14 7 675 699 $ 4.25 each

If you are referring to the bolts that fix the carbon fiber covers onto the valve covers, you can get them at Ace Hardware, or any other store that sells metric fasteners. I got my BCR from it's original owner. It came with the carbon fiber covers, but had anodized aluminum fasteners, the threads of which failed, so I replaced them with blackened steel socket head bolts from Ace Hardware. I had to trim two of them to length, the other two were a stock length from Ace. If you need the sizes, let me know and I can go out and take them off and measure the length
