The rear tires have an offset or +25 and will not fit the majority of E36 and E46 cars.

There is no way you can fit a 18x9 +25 255/40R18 on the rear of an E36 M3 without a wide body kit.

For instance a 17x8.5 +42 255/40R17 requires the rear fender to be rolled or it will rub the fender lip. The +25 will push the outside edge of the tire out another 17mm. That is beside the fact that the 18" 40-series is taller than the 17".

Use caution when buying from bmwspeed... VERY bad experience buying from him... Paypal wouldnt help me out regarding this so i am here to flame ALL of his posts and let everyone know....
