Rear Brake Sensor - Help!
I'm replacing rear pads and sensor on 2012 x5. The sensor wire goes back in between the wheel well cover and exhaust shield. Do I need to remove the inner wheel well cover and how do I do that? thanks a bunch.

I figured it out. Undue the two nuts holding the muffler support bracket and move the bracket out of the way. I also removed the inner fender bolts to allow the inner fender skin to flex a little. This allows enough room to get my hands in there and access the connector box. As always.....simple once you've done it at least once.
There's no need to remove the fender flare rivets. Simply remove the pop out screws. B |
